[The Mage Association. A worldwide organization that exists to preserve Magecraft through the gathering of various magi. Hiro Kageyama had used to be a high school student, but after he had graduated and discovered his ability... He was scouted by a magus and sent over here to perfect his magecraft. It wasn't the first of its kind, but it had erupted during a incident. And the results happened to be explosive...
And frankly? Hiro didn't have any specific plans for the future beyond getting by with a boring life. He loved topics such as heroes so much that he wanted to become one. His dream was shine brighter than any star in the sky. He he was overjoyed to discover that there was something special about him. If anything, he considered this a new start into his road to adulthood... High school had some fun moments, but it was truly nothing special.
But now, he could truly shoot for his dreams and become the great hero that he's always dreamed to be like in various shows and reading material that he communed. The only issue was getting a better grasp at controlling the Fifth Magic... Today like usual, Hiro was at the training field with his exercising attire on and he had a small audience watching.
"He's at it AGAIN? Who does he think he is? Some kind of comic book protagonist?"
"At this point, I think he seriously believes himself to be one. You saw him drawing sketches again in class. The professor ranted at him like clockwork."
"Isn't it true that he's the first in his family with magic circuits? He's just extremely average, but he's got a crazy ability."
"Every time that Kageyama does something here... He ends up blowing something up. There's bound to be some fireworks."
While Hiro was used to attention, he wasn't focused on the peanut gallery. Right now, he was in the zone as he stared down the training dummy standing before him. This time, he would nail his special technique...]
ARGH! Okay... One more time!
[He takes some steps back and gets into a fighting stance like one of his favorite superheroes on television. Hiro spreads his legs wide and shuts his eyes as he takes a deep breath. He just needed to channel his "guts" and get that tingly feeling down to his foot... The audience goes quiet as they wondered if he was going to nail it this time.]
